A useful free account, with advanced tools when you need them

Live connector status could not be checked. Sign in to see your confirmed account access; contact support before relying on a five-day start date. Founder access includes all Flywheel Plus features for the life of that account, including later Plus additions, and replaces any free period. No payment method is needed and there is no automatic charge. After the five-day period, accounts that do not choose paid Plus return to Basic limits; saved plans and history are retained. The free period is available once per eligible email identity.

Plus costs £4.99 per month or £47.90 per year. The annual price is 20% less than twelve monthly payments. Prices include applicable tax where it is collected through checkout.

Stripe subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling keeps Plus access until the paid-through date. A failed renewal is stopped rather than repeatedly extending unpaid access; the account returns to Basic when its paid period ends and the member can start a fresh paid term from this page. A full refund removes the affected paid period. Payment is authoritative only after Flywheel verifies it on the server.

Flywheel’s educational and planning tools are not age-restricted, but spending and external cryptocurrency accounts may be. If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before buying a membership, sending money or opening an external account, and follow each provider’s age and eligibility rules.

The recorded normal annual renewal price—not the first-year launch price—is protected for 42 days after annual access expires. This window does not extend Plus access. If payment is made after a gap, the new year begins on the payment date. At the end of the 42nd day the protection expires and the current annual price applies.

Monthly membership has no separate 42-day price-protection period. The launch offer promises the first three successful monthly payments at £2.99 for eligible accounts; after those payments, or for a later restart, the then-current monthly price applies. Flywheel will give advance notice of a standard monthly price increase.

A lapse or cancellation changes access; it does not delete saved configurations or checkpoints. The account returns to Basic, so Rolling Day displays the five latest checkpoints while older checkpoints remain retained. Renewing Plus restores complete history. Account deletion is separate, permanent and ends Founder status; deleted history cannot be recovered unless the user still has compatible exports or source JSON to import again.

Stripe is the normal automated route. Direct bank transfer is available only by individual arrangement as a manually verified, non-renewing fixed period. Cryptocurrency support is a donation and does not buy membership or grant Plus. A bank-transfer request or screenshot does not grant Plus until payment has been matched and verified.

The first paid Plus purchase can be refunded in full if requested within 14 days. Flywheel charges no refund fee and returns funds through Stripe or the original agreed bank route where possible. Account deletion is separate and does not itself request a refund, so submit an eligible refund request before deleting the account.
