Privacy notice

These documents describe Flywheel’s UK-based operation and general provisions. Flywheel is offered worldwide wherever lawful; the terms preserve mandatory consumer rights in your country. A language choice changes the wording, not the legal jurisdiction or your eligibility. Translations are not country-specific legal adaptations. We may review regional provisions separately if required.

Flywheel Day One is operated worldwide, wherever lawful, by J Shah, a sole trader trading as Flywheel Day One in the United Kingdom. J Shah is the data controller. Email [email protected]. The geographical business address is published once in the Terms of Use.

Guest calculator entries and snapshot imports are not intentionally stored in the account database. If you sign in, we process your email address, authentication and session records, calculator inputs you choose to save, entitlement and connector-autosave preference status, schema/version information, timestamps, and limited security or operational logs. Importing a valid redacted GoMining snapshot while signed in also stores it as a confirmed history checkpoint with a normalized account-state summary. When you enable connector checkpoint autosave, one eligible checkpoint may be stored after each GoMining refresh you explicitly request through a compatible AI client. GoMining credentials, wallet addresses and private account identifiers are rejected and must not be included. We store your preferred account and email language in account preferences and mirror it in authentication metadata. To restore editable Day Two+ and Horizons drafts when you use Back and Forward, the browser tab temporarily keeps those inputs in its navigation history. Session storage holds only a random marker. These drafts are not automatically saved to your account and do not include raw imported snapshots or credentials. Reloading the page, signing out or switching accounts invalidates them.

We use this information to authenticate you, save and restore the plan you request, show confirmed Flywheel progress over time, secure and operate the service, and respond to support requests. The anticipated legal bases are providing the service you request and our legitimate interests in operating and securing it. We do not currently use saved calculator or checkpoint data for advertising. We use this preference to restore your viewing language at sign-in and choose the language of authorised emails. Changing only the site’s viewing language does not change your saved email language or email consent.

Founder access lasts for the life of the account. For eligible non-Founder signups during the GoMining connector outage, we record an outage access marker; their one five-day trial begins only after verified recovery. Later eligible signups receive the ordinary five-day trial. We store founder allocation, free-access eligibility and expiry, welcome dismissal, account-access notice delivery state and email subscription choices. A salted, non-reversible email identifier may remain after deletion solely to prevent repeated Founder allocation or repeated use of the one-time trial; it cannot restore the account or history. We send two factual service notices about the delayed trial, at its start and end, even if the person declined optional news emails. The notices acknowledge that choice and do not change it. Optional news and feature emails require an explicit, unticked opt-in. The person confirms that they are at least 13 or that a parent or guardian authorises the subscription. We record the choice, time and wording version. Consent can be withdrawn in Account or through support without affecting access or Founder benefits.

Supabase provides authentication, database and server-function infrastructure. IONOS provides website hosting, domain email and SMTP services. Expo Application Services hosts application previews and related build infrastructure. Cloudflare provides privacy-focused aggregate website analytics when enabled. These providers may process limited information in countries where they or their subprocessors operate, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.

You can delete individual saved configurations, confirmed checkpoints or your entire account at any time. At present, data otherwise remains while the account exists. We have adopted a maximum of 24 months without account activity and are implementing automated warning and deletion; until that automation is deployed, you may request deletion at [email protected]. Provider backups and security logs may follow separate limited schedules.

You may use the calculator and supported JSON fallback without an account, and you do not have to connect GoMining. Signed-in users can turn connector checkpoint autosave off at any time, export their calculator inputs and checkpoint measurements, delete saved configurations or individual checkpoints, and permanently delete the account. A free-history presentation limit does not delete older confirmed checkpoints. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We may reasonably verify identity, but will never request your password, one-time code, seed phrase or private key.

Flywheel is designed primarily for people who use or are considering GoMining and is not specifically directed at children, but its educational material, guest calculators and accounts are not age-restricted. We do not request a date of birth or identity evidence for age assurance. The same high-privacy defaults apply to everyone: minimal account data, no behavioural advertising profile, no location tracking and no public sharing. If a user is under 13, a parent or guardian must accept the account terms on their behalf and authorise any optional email subscription. A parent or guardian can contact support to request removal, using the least intrusive reasonable verification. External services retain their own age and eligibility rules.

Strictly necessary local session storage keeps a signed-in user authenticated. A short-lived tab marker prevents duplicate aggregate funnel counts; it contains only the milestone name and is removed when the tab session ends. Flywheel retains daily totals for a small allow-list of milestones—Day One landing, Simple plan started, result built, Account opened and Founder confirmed—with no event rows, user or session identifiers, calculator values, URLs, referrers or device attributes. When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics separately provides aggregate page-view, approximate visitor, referrer, country, device and performance statistics. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting to identify visitors. We do not use advertising trackers. Browser privacy tools or service availability may prevent measurement, so all counts are approximate. Welcome-page arrival and Start calculator click are also counted in these daily totals.

The calculator connector is open for public beta use. Maintenance, GOM/locks and reinvestment comparisons need no Flywheel account. Protected tools use your Flywheel membership; creating a free account does not unlock PLUS. For this calculator pilot, Flywheel processes your supplied inputs and results to answer the request; it does not save them as plans or checkpoints. Authentication and membership checks use your account, session and approved client identifiers. Supabase handles authentication and calculation hosting; IONOS forwards requests. Your AI service receives the inputs and results used in chat. Your AI service processes inputs and results used in chat under its own privacy and retention terms. Never enter passwords, email codes, tokens or wallet secrets in chat. Calculator usage guards store pseudonymous request counters, not raw IP addresses, tokens or calculation payloads. Database counters older than two days are removed on a later request; the gateway keeps a daily total. Authentication, hosting and AI providers may retain their own security or chat records under their policies. Disconnecting does not delete existing AI chats. Disconnect in your AI client. Signing out of the Flywheel website does not revoke that separate connection. For help revoking access, contact [email protected].

A referral link temporarily keeps its code in this browser tab through signup (up to seven days or until the tab closes) so we can record your introducer after sign-in. When the rewards programme opens, we process referral codes, paid qualification, verification references, reward amounts and payout status. An introducer sees opaque progress references, never a referred member’s email or purchases. The payout operator can access a supplied GoMining USDT deposit address and network; routine member views mask it. Account deletion removes the editable address profile. Necessary reward, reserved/paid destination and transaction evidence may be retained for up to six years for financial records and disputes, with restricted access. We do not collect private keys or recovery phrases.
