You must accept these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice before creating a Flywheel account. If the account user is under 13, a parent or guardian must review and accept them on the user’s behalf. The optional email choice is separate and does not affect account access. Flywheel records the accepted document versions and time. If you do not agree, you may still use public pages and guest calculators without an account.

Flywheel is an independent educational, projection and planning service for people using or considering GoMining. It does not buy, sell, transfer, lock or otherwise control cryptocurrency, mining power or a GoMining account. Calculations depend on user inputs, dated evidence and assumptions and cannot guarantee income, rewards, savings, prices or future performance.

Flywheel does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Cryptocurrency and mining outcomes can change materially and may involve loss. Verify live provider information and executable prices before acting, follow applicable law and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

Flywheel is designed primarily for people who use or are considering GoMining; it is not specifically directed at children. Educational material, guest calculators and accounts are not restricted by age. The same high-privacy defaults apply to every account. A parent or guardian should help a younger user understand external accounts, spending and cryptocurrency risks. External providers set their own age, identity and eligibility rules, which Flywheel cannot change.

You retain ownership of calculator inputs, imported GoMining information and exports. You give Flywheel only the limited permission needed to process, store, secure, display, export and delete that information according to your choices and the Privacy Notice. Do not submit another person’s account information without authority, and never submit passwords, one-time codes, seed phrases, private keys, OAuth tokens or other credentials.

Eligible non-Founder accounts created while Flywheel’s GoMining connector is unavailable receive the currently available Plus features throughout that outage. This temporary access does not use their one five-day trial. When Flywheel verifies the connector is working end to end, their trial starts and lasts exactly five 24-hour periods. Accounts created after recovery receive the ordinary five-day trial from first eligible sign-in. An unconfirmed outage signup starts its trial on confirmation if confirmation occurs after recovery. Founder status includes all Flywheel Plus features for the life of that account, including later Plus additions, without a subscription, and replaces both forms of free access. No payment method is required and there is no automatic charge. Accounts that have already held Founder, paid Plus or a trial are ineligible for another free period. At expiry, the account returns automatically to Basic limits; retained plans and history are not deleted. A salted, non-reversible identifier may be retained for the lifetime of the service solely to prevent the same email identity receiving another trial.

For accounts whose five-day trial begins after connector recovery, Flywheel sends a factual email when it starts and another when it ends, even if optional news emails were declined. These notices explain the access change and do not subscribe the account to marketing. The optional-email choice remains separate.

Card subscriptions are processed by Stripe. A bank transfer may be agreed privately as a manually verified, non-renewing fixed period; bank details are not published. Cryptocurrency transfers displayed as optional support are donations, not payment for membership or a promise of access. Public cryptocurrency membership payments are unavailable unless and until a compliant refund mechanism is adopted.

The Membership page and checkout show the applicable price, billing period, introductory terms and renewal amount before payment. Stripe subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel through the membership portal; access normally continues through the paid period. A bank-transfer term does not renew automatically. Nothing in these terms reduces mandatory consumer rights in your country.

You may request a full refund of a first paid Plus purchase within 14 days through the Membership page or by emailing [email protected]. Card and bank-transfer refunds are returned through the original route where possible and no refund fee is imposed. Flywheel may offer broader refunds at its discretion, and statutory rights remain unaffected. Deleting an account ends access immediately and does not automatically request a refund, so request any eligible refund before confirming deletion.

Do not attack, disrupt or overload Flywheel; bypass access controls; probe another account; upload unlawful material or credentials; automate excessive requests; or use another person’s information without authority. Flywheel may reasonably restrict or suspend access to protect users, comply with law or preserve the service, and will restore access where the reason is resolved and restoration is safe.

Flywheel’s branding, original explanations, videos, interface and calculation presentation are protected. You may use the service, share links and use your own exports. You may not copy, rebrand, resell or operate substantial parts of Flywheel as another service without permission. Third-party and open-source material remains subject to its own licence.

GoMining, Stripe, exchanges, wallets, market-data providers and other linked services are independent. Their availability, data, terms and actions are outside Flywheel’s control. A link, imported observation or calculation does not endorse a provider or make Flywheel responsible for it.

Flywheel may change, suspend or discontinue features for security, legal, provider or operational reasons. Where reasonably possible, it will protect an already-paid access period and the published Founder promise. Material changes will be dated and communicated appropriately. A future change that introduces legally significant automated decisions or materially different personal-data use requires a new assessment and, where required, a fresh user choice.

Flywheel takes reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free calculations. You remain responsible for checking inputs, assumptions and provider information and for decisions made outside Flywheel. Flywheel is not responsible for third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Flywheel aims to acknowledge ordinary complaints within five working days and provide a substantive response within 30 days, subject to any shorter legal deadline. Postal correspondence is accepted at the business address above. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while preserving mandatory consumer rights and courts available in the user’s country.
