Delete your Flywheel account

Sign in with the account email, open Account in the shared header, choose “Delete account…” and confirm “Permanently delete my account”. This permanently removes the Flywheel login, all saved calculator configurations and confirmed history checkpoints. The action cannot be undone.

Choose a saved plan and use Delete selected in Saved configurations if you want to remove it without deleting the Flywheel login or other saved configurations.

In Rolling Day, open “Export, restore or remove checkpoints”, choose a date, press Delete selected and confirm. This removes that checkpoint from your history without deleting your login or calculator plans. Charts use the remaining observations. Export measurements first if needed; restoration requires the original supported GoMining JSON file.

If you cannot access the in-app control, email [email protected] from the account email address and request account deletion. Reasonable identity verification may be required. Never send a password, one-time code, seed phrase, private key or authentication token.

Deleting an account cancels any live recurring subscription but does not request a refund. If the first paid Plus purchase is still within its 14-day refund period, submit the refund request from Membership before deleting the account. Once the login is deleted, use support from the payment email if help is required.

Deleting the account removes its Supabase authentication identity and cascades deletion to its saved calculator configurations, entitlement and connector-autosave preference records, confirmed history checkpoints, owner-linked connector operational records and pending account-access notices. Email preferences, consent events and welcome dismissal records are also deleted. Founder status ends; a new account does not restore it, a used trial or old data. Non-reversible salted identifiers remain for the lifetime of the service solely to prevent automatic Founder re-enrolment and repeated trial use. Guest entries and imports are not intentionally stored in the account database. Limited finance, tax, dispute, security or provider-backup records may remain for their disclosed or legally required retention periods.

Deleting Flywheel data does not delete or change a GoMining, exchange, wallet or other third-party account. Flywheel Day One cannot execute transactions or make changes to those services.

If you have earned a reward, keep its claim reference and contact support before deleting your account. Deletion removes your editable payout address but does not waive an earned reward. Necessary reward and payment evidence may be retained for up to six years, with restricted access. You do not need to buy another subscription to claim an earned reward.
